Two products are production-ready: (1) 24-page 4×6 KDP saddle-stitch booklet and (2) 12-card double-sided card set. Choose which to publish first — or launch both together. This decision unlocks B1, B2, and B3.

Decide Platform: KDP / IngramSpark / Both

KDP = Amazon-only, zero cost, live in 24–72 hours. IngramSpark = bookstores + libraries + wholesale, ~$49 setup fee per title. Both can co-exist with separate ISBNs. IngramSpark recommended if gift-shop or clinic sales are a goal.
